Account Upgrade

  Hello,
  I had a business plan I believe. However er, I could not afford to keep it going. It says my account is free and want to upgrade to premium account, but wont allow me to upgrade and can only do business. Do I have to create a brand new site?

  Hi @jasonkohute, we’ll need to remove the business features from the site first. Since you’ve uploaded outside themes and plugins, those will be lost. There’s a chance the data you’ve added since then will be gone as well.

  If you’ll confirm you’re okay that risk, we’ll go ahead and see if we can revert the site to a free plan.

  I see that the site is currently not connected to Jetpack. I would suggest reconnecting the site to Jetpack before I remove the business features, because if not, you will lose all content on the site, not just the business features.
