re: renewing upgrades
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, renew or cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login under the correct username account.

Hi there,
It looks like we did a card authorisation on 31 October for the renewal, but the charge never went through. It’s possible that your bank might have blocked the transaction after we sent the authorisation request – non-US banks sometimes do this if they see the payment request is coming from the US.
If you see the charge appearing on your statement, can you please follow up with your bank to make sure whether it went through or not? If they confirm that you had been charged, please let me know and I’d be happy to investigate further.
