Account upgrades

    Trying to figure out which account I want to get. If I get the premium plan and want to switch to the business plan later on, can I do that?

    Hey jenniferabohash,

    This doesn’t specifically answer your question nor, would I say, is it the most ethical approach lol, but you could purchase the premium plan and if, within the appropriate time frame, you wanted to change it you could cancel for a refund then purchase the plan you do want.
    I would read this carefully before you decide to take that route, however.

    That being said, I would imagine there is a better way which would likely involve one of the Happiness Engineers.
