Account was Blocked before realease nobody has contacted me, what’s wrong with WP?

    I have an mayor Issue with one of my sites, and this has been a pain in the arse, since nobody from wordpress has given an answer you guys shut down ths site with no further explanation and stopped my site from being released making me losing money time and effort it’s not possible that you guys think this is a game, My site wizardlabs has tried to upgrade the plan since then you just blocked the account and given cero information about status or how to make a request or something, I ned the site running or my money back since I contacted you on the first 7 days as you mention, so tell me what to do and I do so but dont send me to a non answering loop.
