Account was cancelled

  My account was cancelled but money keeps coming out of my account. $50.59 1/25/2020. Account was set up under Ellis property group. (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  Hi there,

  A WordPress.com account cannot be closed without first cancelling all upgrades, and once you close the account we delete the credit card information we have on file for that account, so it’s completely impossible for the card to be charged again for any upgrade on the closed account.

  If you’re still receiving charges from us, it’s for still-active upgrades in a different WordPress.com account. There is no WordPress.com account associated with the email address you provided above, and the rest of the information you provided does not allow us to determine which account the charge was for.

  If you’re not sure what site or account the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
