Account was charged TWICE

  I have sent three emails saying that I was double charged 26.00 and now also have an overdraft fee from my bank. The charges were done on 8/8/136, i need the second charge reversed and a letter showing that it has been corrected so that I can take it to my bank to have the fee removed.

  I’m seeing that not only was one of the charges refunded, but it looks like both of them were refunded as of today.

  My apologies for the double charge and I hope that the extra refund will make up for it.
