Account wiped clean

So I went to log into my account and was forced to reset the password. Once I logged in I saw that my entire account has been wiped. Everything is gone. Whenever I ask for help I’m informed that speaking to a human is only for paying customers, which I am, but because my account is wiped they say I am not. They also charged me for this month, so I am still a paying customer somewhere in their system. But I cannot get any help, I can’t access my account to stop payments and website is still up and can be accessed. I finally found the support email but it’s been days and I haven’t heard anything…

As you can see, it says I don’t have an account, which I do and that user name is one that has replaced my own user name, I did not change it. If anyone has any ideas on how to get WordPress to actually do something to fix this I would greatly appreciate it.
