  How can I let people create an account on my site and become members? Is there any way they can follow other members of the site and chat with them? Is there a way where visitors to my site can chat with customer service on my site?

  You can add this functionality to your site via a membership plugin. If you want to sell memberships, for example to restrict parts of your site to paid members only, you can use something like WooCommerce memberships. Or if you’re looking for more of a social media type setup, you can look at something like BuddyPress, or the forums plugin, bbPress.

  Do you mean your customer service, or ours?

  If you mean yours, there are live chat plugins as well that you can install for that.

  If you mean ours, our live chat support is only available to the account that owns the paid plan on a particular site, and to admins on Business and eCommerce plan sites.
