  I have several sites and want to make sure the one that I have paid for for a 4 year plan is attached to my business and not my shcool account. I would like to delete the unused account and get started on my paid one. I cannot get access to my business one, it keeps sending me to my school account. Both same email.

  We actually only allow one account here per email address. Can you share links to the personal and business site? Also:

  For what it’s worth, I don’t see any paid plans on this account, and generally we offer monthly, yearly, or two year options. Is there a chance you’re referring to a WordPress site hosted with another provider and connected through Jetpack? Here’s the difference between our managed hosting and the free WordPress software:
