  The instructions @deenam linked to will guide you the process of closing your WordPres.com account.

  I noticed you asked us not to charge your card, however this account hasn’t purchased any upgrades. Can you send a link to the site you do not want to be charged for? Please don’t share any transactions IDs here as these forums are public place, a site link is all I need for now.
