  Hi,

  Please see the Deceased User support page for relevant information and instructions. How to close an account is covered in the Close My Account support page, but closure may require transfer of any sites in the account to another account first. I’m not sure about this, so I’ve flagged the topic for staff attention. Staff will respond here.
