Accurate # of Twitter shares aren't showing up on my "Share this" Twitter button

  I’ve been sharing my blog posts on Twitter – and so have other people – but an accurate # of Twitter shares aren’t showing up on my “Share this” Twitter button. Any idea how to fix this??

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  When a visitor clicks into your blog posts and then clicks the share link that will be reflected on the sharing icon below the blog post. When they share your posts anywhere else that will not be recorded by WordPress.com on the sharing icon.
