Acess to website dashboard and site editing.
-
Urgent! I have contracted with a Firverr outsourcing technician to build my website. Due to difficulties with this outsource in completing the project on time, AND not having the skills to solve a particular problem, the outsource refuses to provide me with access codes so I can access my own website to edit the site and add content. The outsource has been paid in advance including two (2) bonus payments. How can I delete the outsources’ access to my site AND access it myself??
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the wordpress.COM hosted site you refer to please?
And, exactly which wordpress.COM username account registered that site?
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
* You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with the actual blog’s name in that URL.
After the blog’s owner logs in clicking this link should display all blogs registered under the same username account, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If the blog’s owner does not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then they need to follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibility
If the log-in information is lost they need to visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into another accountIf you do not have the required access you need to contact
the person who registered these account and site and have them transfer the sites to your username account by using this process. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-accountChange Credit Card Details https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-credit-card-details/

The exact URL is: http://www.thomaskysar.com.
When this website was originally built by the outsource, she used the URL, http://www.how2sellyourhomefast.com. She made a mistake doing this, and it has been a hassle for me to get it changed to what it was supposed to be, http://www.thomaskysar.com. This is an “Author’s” website and is “live” but there are technical problems that need to be fixed before I can begin trying to drive traffic to the site.
For example, opt-in forms are not responding when they are tested to see if they work. This outsource thru Firverr was contracted a month ago, and there have been constant communication problems between Fiverr, the outsouce technician, and myself. I need to move forward and terminate the outsource, and either fix the issue myself or use a “local” resource.

That site is not hosted by wordpress.COM and we cannot help you.
We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.me/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpackHowever, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
