  I’m told that a WooCommerce app can do what i need to achieve this goal with Stripe. If so, which app and what fee is related? I need a per-transaction fee since I’m a small company.

  For help with the WooCommerce mobile app, please use the in-app help and support menu in the app itself to contact the support team for that app directly. The WooCommerce mobile app only support basic order management for a WooCommerce site, though. It doesn’t include any payments processing functionality.
