  hi I want to activate my website, but I can only pick the premium plans of 33 dollar. I don’t want this one, the first two options I can’t select, why? and how can I pick them anyways?

  The site you listed used to be under a Business Plan, which means you can only apply another Business Plan to it.

  We can allow you to purchase a different plan, but first we’ll need to downgrade the site to the Free Plan, which may result in the loss of any content created with plugins.

  Is thery any way I can just use the basic plan of 7 dollars without loss of content, or can I download my website content it and reupload it easily?
