Acocunt Hacked

Hi, my account has been hacked, when I logg in, my account is blank: no website, no domain, nickname changed (it was not totalyimpossible2d43b…) but my website https://yogastudio7.com is still working… my hacked account is no longer linked to my datas… what can I do ?? could a employee check this situation ?

Your account hasn’t been hacked or whatever. Just log out from current and log in again to the account owning that site.

this is what I did ! I logged with my email address, and then I see another nickname, and all the datas are gone, as if I didn’t set up my website !

Again: that site is connected to another account of yours. So log out from current totallyimpossible2d43b4e876 and log in again with the username owning that site.

The issue you’re running into is happening because you’re currently logged into the wrong account. The one you’re using to contact us isn’t the one linked to the site you mentioned.Please try logging out and then signing back in with a different email address you might have used for your other account.
