  Hello , I was looking to have my account as more of a portfolio profile show casing me pictures . I do some writing but the main thing for my profile is the pictures . When I set up my account I believe I was given an option on the account type but looking back I didn’t choose the one best suited to me. Is there any way I can change is with deleting my account and loosing my domain name ?kind regards

  Hi Rockinrubber,

  :) I see what you mean. Your website is in a blogging front page layout. When you choose your website “type” at signup, it’s more of a guide to get you started. :D You don’t need to delete your entire website or lose your domain name; you can change the layout at any time by changing your theme or making modifications in your “customization” settings if that particular theme allows for changes to its base layout.

  Since you would prefer to have a portfolio style website, have you considered the option of simply changing your theme? :)
