Acquire Deleted Username/blog

  I have two accounts on wordpress for which i wanted to sort out. Change username on one account along with blog address so that i can create that one on my second WP account. (i agree that i did mistake, should have transferred blog first)

  username and blogname has changed on first account. But on second account WordPress still showing me that blog/username already exist. So i cannot create it. Does anyone know how much time it will take for that name/blog to be available again? Or does it gone forever?
