  I was using a different WordPress powered hosting blog.com where the delicious theme was made available for free. On WordPress it has to be purchased can you please explain why? And is there a way I can transfer the theme from the other site without purchasing?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The themes we can use on WordPress.COM are adapted to be used on this platform. You cannot use a WordPress.ORG theme here: it wouldn’t work, even if you had FTP access to upload it!

  As for why you have to pay for using that theme here on wp.COM and not for using it on wp.ORG, that is an issue between Woo Themes and Automattic / WordPress.COM.
