Acquiring the address of a deleted blog
-
Hi,
I am trying to acquire the blog address thepoetaster.wordpress.com for the foundation of a literary journal. It seems that this blog existed, but has been deleted by the authors. I was not able to create a blog under the address, and in fact inadvertently created thepoetasterdotcom.wordpress.com in the setup process.
I am wondering, firstly, whether it would be possible to have this domain, thepoetaster.wordpress.com, released to me, and secondly, whether it would be possible to delete my current domain, thepoetasterdotcom.wordpress.com, or have it be changed to the aforementioned first domain.
Thank you.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

thepoetaster.wordpress.com is no longer available.
The authors have deleted this site.I am sorry but you cannot claim a deleted blog URL. No one can use a deleted blog URL regardless of who registered it. Deleted blog URLs are not recycled here. You can confirm by reading:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/delete-blog/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/However, you can register another blog with a similar name. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
Or you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.
