We’ve received this information ‘Action Required Renew’ for several months now even after updating and confirming the credit card information on the account correct.
We’ve now received a message that Keep It Moving With Kim wordpress plan has been removed. Can someone please help us in this area….we don’t want to loose website or plan. Thank you,WP.com: Yes

The plan was under a different account, and they did not renew it.
You can purchase a new plan from https://wordpress.com/plans but you will need to be logged in as an Administrator of the site to do so.
The account you’re currently logged in under is only an Editor.
If you do not recall the password for the correct account, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

I’ve since gone in a purchased plan to make website live. Unfortunately it’s not working I can’t access keepitmovingwithkim.com or juiceprescriptions.com. Please advise.
Thank you.

Now that you have the Business Plan for keepitmovingwithkimcom.wordpress.com you’ll need to connect keepitmovingwithkim.com again: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/
As for juiceprescriptions.com that site had a Personal Plan, which can be purchased from https://wordpress.com/plans and the domain can then be connected by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/ again.
However, the site juiceprescriptions.com was connected to originally https://juiceprescriptions.wordpress.com/ belongs to a different account here, not the one you’re currently logged in under.
If you do not recall the password for the correct account, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

You mentioned the “correct account” did I renew the wrong account for keepitmovingwithkim.com. When we would visit the website all we had to type in was “keepitmovingwithkim.com” and it would take us straight to it. Did I renew the incorrect account?
Also, what is the correct account for juiceprescriptions.wordpress.com. I really need some direction please.

keepitmovingwithkim.com was done correctly, except for connecting the domain, which hasn’t been done yet: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/
For juiceprescriptions.wordpress.com we cannot reveal the correct account here. I recommend trying any email addresses you have access to, it also could have belonged to a separate person in the organization.
You’ll need to be logged in with an account that can access juiceprescriptions.wordpress.com before you can upgrade it.

I truly appreciate your patience and helping me through this process but for clarity the original post you provided mentioned – keepitmovingwithkim.com was under a different account…. See response below:

I just want to make sure I renewed the correct account for keepitmovingwithkim.com and also I thought both sites keepitmovingwithkim and juiceprescriptions were set up under the same account….Please advise.

Sure, let’s break that down, sorry for the confusion. :)

The plan and domain connection for keepitmovingwithkim.com was under https://keepitmovingwithkimcom.wordpress.com/ and originally purchased by a different account, let’s call that Account 1 going forward, and Account 1 did not renew the plan.
You are also and Administrator on https://keepitmovingwithkimcom.wordpress.com/ so you were able to purchase your own plan for the site.
All that’s left now is to finish connecting keepitmovingwithkim.com to the site: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/

The plan and domain connection for juiceprescriptions.com was under https://juiceprescriptions.wordpress.com/ and originally purchased by Account 1, and Account 1 did not renew the plan.
Unfortunately, you are not a user on https://juiceprescriptions.wordpress.com/ so you cannot purchase a plan for the site, nor can you access it.
Account 1 is the only user on that site, so if it is also your account, you’ll need to recover access to that account before you can access the site and purchase a plan for it: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
Or, if Account 1 is a different person, they’ll need to add you to the site: https://wordpress.com/support/user-roles/#adding-users-to-your-site
—
If you find out that Account 1 is also your account, I recommend simplifying things going forward by transferring one of those sites so they’re all under one account: https://wordpress.com/support/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/

Thank you this is helpful.
My next question is when the domains are connected will we get a current and up-to-date website for both with all the recent updates?
-
Just to clarify, do you own both accounts? If so, can you log in as the other user and update us here? It might make things easier.
The keepitmovingwithkim.com site may need to have a backup restored. Support can help with that if it isn’t the same as what you had before the plan expired.
The juiceprescriptions.com site will probably be the same as you had before, since it was on a personal plan. Are you having any trouble with it?
