Action Required: Renew your WordPress.com Premium plan for myrescues.org

Good morning Customer Support,
I have been receiving a series of emails regarding my premium plan for myrescues.org. I’ve tried to get this paid over a month ago but to no avail. For examples, whenever I click on ‘Renew Now’, it takes me somewhere that says ‘You have no items in your cart’ but I keep on receiving the same emails that tell me that ‘my premium plan has expired’.
NB: I do not want to lose my website. I’ve done so much on it and still have a lot to do on it. Over two months now, I’ve noticed that the website cannot even be edited by the admin. What is going on?
Kindly provide a link to enable me make my payment because I don’t want to lose my website.

It appears the main issue is your site at myrescues.org was registered, and the subscriptions were purchased using a different WordPress.com account, not the @konatee1 account you’re logged into right now. As a result, you don’t have the subscriptions on this account to renew them for another year.
