Activate A New Theme

    Hello!
    System is not allowing me to change my theme. When I select activate theme I get the message to contact support. My WP site is none premium and I haven’t worked on it for a while could have been deactivated. That may be the issue, and if so please let me if I can reactive the site. Thanks for your help.

    You should be able to change the theme on your WordPress.com site by going to Appearance → Themes. If this does not work for you, could you please provide me with a screenshot? Here’s how: https://wordpress.com/support/make-a-screenshot/

    And could you please confirm that the URL for the site you’re looking to change themes?
