Have you checked your spam folder?
If so and you are still unsuccessful at receiving, then please add the ‘modlook’ tag to this post so that Staff can assist you further. You will see the option to add a tag on the right hand side of your screen. Also make sure you have clicked the box to notify you of updates. Please be patient awaiting response from Staff.
