Activate multi language plugin

    Dear reader,

I cant seem to add step 3 of activating the multi language plugin.
If I search in help for plugin its giving me information but not saying how to add it.
I downloaded the file and would like to add the above.
Could you please explain to me where I can find the link to add the plugin?
    Thank you in advance!
    Kind regards,

    Manon

    Desctiption I found:

    3. Activate the plugin

After you downloaded the Multisite Language Switcher plugin and extracted the .zip file, copy the entire folder onto the following sub-folder of your WordPress installation:

    wp-content/plugins/

So far the plugin installation follows the usual procedure. In a practical way, the plugin activation can then be made

either by the network administrator on all the blogs,
or by the root blog administrator for each particular blog.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

We don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com sites. We try to include most of the popular functionality within WordPress.com.

For more information about plugins, please see:

If you need to use that plugin, you might want to consider a self-hosted site using the software at WordPress.org.

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org
