Activate "Possibly Related Posts?"

    Hi,

I’m using my blog but cannot seem to find a way to enable “Possibly Related Posts.” I’m assuming this is completely independent of the Zemanta tool (the one that’s available while you’re writing your post)?

I keep reading explanations of how to DISABLE “Possibly Related Posts” (by checking the box under Appearance > Extras), but the box isn’t checked for me and yet I’m still not seeing “possibly related posts” show up.

    Thanks,

    Jay

They seem to be showing up on your posts – look at this one, for instance.

You can scroll to the bottom of the post to see the ‘Possibly related posts: (automatically generated)’ bit.

Thanks! I just spot-checked a bunch more and couldn’t find another post with any of them on it (auto-generated links).

What type of criteria go into deciding when links show up? The number of tags that match up? It seems strange that that’s the only post that has the auto-generated tags, especially because I tag my posts pretty thoroughly.

  • The related posts are automatically picked by an algorithm deciding if two posts are related based on a bunch of parameters, not only tags, but also title, content…
