  it may take up to 72 hours to add an SSL certificate to your site.

  What is the URL of the site you need help with?

  HTTPS is enabled by default on all sites hosted on WordPress.com, and is not something that needs to be manually activated. All four free WordPress.com sites in your account already have SSL enabled.

  If you’re referring to a WordPress site at another hosting provider, please contact your hosting provider directly for help, as this is something that needs to be configured on your site’s server.
