Activated Jetpacak Staging Site

  My Developer for some ducking reason activated Jetpack on my staging site (https://staging.tourpass.com) which deactivated our main production site https://tourpass.com – how do we fix this? Thank you

  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  I deactivated Jetpack on the staging site…..then tried reconnecting on the productions site. When trying to reconnect production, jetpack replies with: “an error occurred. Please try again”.
