  i activated my account via email but not able to download woocommerce plugin

  Are you on the Business Plan ?

  Hi yetiaberra,

  Custom plugins like WooCommerce can only be installed on sites with the Business plan — you are currently using the free plan.

  There are other eCommerce options available if you wish to continue using the Free plan:

  Sell Online on WordPress.com
