Activated the wrong account

  Hi my name is Estevan Fernandez and I am hoping to speak with someone around reactivating my site. It seems when I had renewed my account it activated the wrong site. How can I undo this, and will my content be lost in the process?

  I think it might be possible to just transfer you site – information here how to do it: https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/

  Still I would wait for a staff member to answer as well, maybe they can just renew the right account from the back-end of the systems.
