Activating Country Stats?

  There is a message telling me to do so but I don’t know how.

  It’s possible that you are referring to a self-hosted site using Jetpack for stats. Jetpack is a plugin used by WordPress.ORG bloggers to achieve parity with what we already have built into WordPress.COM blogs, and we do not provide Jetpack support on these wordpress.COM support forums you can direct these with other Jetpack issues to where they can get Jetpack support.
