  I am unable to activate free themes for my blog. please help.

  What is the name of the theme you are trying to activate for randomxperiences.wordpress.com?

  And what happens when you try? For example, you are seeing an error message.

  Your site wears the Sophisticated Business theme. From my experience you don’t notice much changing between different themes until you have actually put a reasonable amount of your own content onto your new site (and removed the placeholder post/image that usually carries over from your original theme).
