Activating New Theme from 2nd WP Installation

    I downloaded a new theme under a different WP installation and now want to activate it. The second installation has a different username and pw than the one were the current operating site is. I did export/import but previewing the new theme in the original wp installation shows a very skewed site. What did I do wrong. And of course need the new site up yesterday. New theme is Theme Forest KingSize.
