Activating plugins makes the buttons under visual and code dissapear.

  When I activate some plungins t.ex. Sidebar Widget 1.2.1.20070210b
  or Viper’s Video Quicktags 4.0.0 the buttons under code and visual (the buttons to press to insert an image or split post or or what ever dissapears.
I use WP 2.1.2.

  Any ideas? I would really like theese plugins to work.

  Hmmm. this start to get strange.
  It happens even when I activate the default plugin from Akismet.

  You’re still in the wrong place though. These forums are for those blogs here hosted at wp.com and running WordPress Multiuser, not for those running regular WordPress and hosted elsewhere. For reference, this is covered in the Please read me first sticky at the head of the forums.
