Activating Portfolio Projects

  I’m trying to activate ‘Portfolio Projects’ by following the instruction: Settings -> Writing -> Your Custom Content Type -> check ‘Portfolio Projects.’ However I don’t see ‘Your Custom Content Type’ listed under the Writing tab so I’m unable to proceed with the activation. My projects currently show on my website (which is running the ‘Harmonic’ theme) as blank white non-interactive rectangles. Is there something I’m missing here?

  UPDATE: It seems I already had ‘Portfolio Projects’ enabled and I’ve since double-checked any changes are saved. However, my projects still appear as non-interactive white rectangles on my blog page. Is this perhaps the result of a glitch in the code with the ‘Harmonic’ theme?
