activating portfolios

  Hi I want to post portfolios on my wordpress site and have tried to follow your instructions (https://en.support.wordpress.com/portfolios/) but when I get to writing I can’t seem to find where the tab ‘your custom content types’ are. have you removed it in a later update or is it just me that can’t find it?
