Activating premium package

  I have signed up (and paid for) the premium package but this isnt showing up on my account! I have registered a domain elsewhere and want to apply this now on my WordPress site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  To follow up on this – the query really is that with a Premium account, do I still need to pay $13 to apply my own domain name??
