Activating the ASHE Theme

Hello! I was looking online which are the best free themes to start my blog with, and i found the Ashe Theme which i totally fell in love with. Though on WordPress i wasnt able to install it … did i miss sth or do i have to get a certain business plan to get access to this theme?
