Activating Theme

I am trying to activate the theme Coutoire, but it just keeps saying Contact Support. Please help.

Hi there, the issue is your site used to have a Business Plan that allowed outside themes, but that subscription has lapsed and you somehow now only have a personal plan. Would you like to go ahead and upgrade to Business again here?
