Activating time.ly plugin crashed website

  Hi all, I cannot access website admin page to delete plugin.

  I can get some access via WordPress.com. But When I try to delete or deactivate time.ly plugin, it doesn’t work.

  I also can’t open settings to to create SFTP credentials which I think are needed if I tried to use a SFTP client like FileZilla.

  Any suggestions please?
