Activating Traction theme that i Purchased

  I purchased Traction as my theme but it never activated for my blog. I know how themes are supposed to be activated. I can’t see the purchased theme “ANYWHERE” on my dashboard. Help! If I can’t activate, I would like to get a refund for it. Thanks.
