Activation

  Hi,

  I’m having troubles activating my account, i keep on resending the email to (email visible only to moderators and staff) but I do not receive any emails.

  Can you help me with this please? I have a separate email as well, (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,
  According to WordPress.com staff, it’s possible a bug is preventing the email being sent to you because your account was created several months ago, but not yet activated. If you recall, please indicate how you signed up (mobile app, Gravatar.com, or WordPress.com) and whether you recall getting an activation email when you first created your account. That will help with troubleshooting. I’ve tagged this thread to let the staff know that you need assistance with this issue.

  Hi Micawbr – thanks, that is exactly what happened.. although what i did now is just use the email i used a couple of years ago which has already been activated, I will consider this issue resolved for the meantime :)
