  Google AdSense isn’t allowed on a WordPress.com hosted site, even with the Premium upgrade: https://en.support.wordpress.com/advertising/

  For sites that meet certain traffic and quality requirements, there is the WordAds program.

  You may consider moving to a self-hosted installation of WordPress where you can then use AdSense. For that you’ll need to register a domain, buy hosting, and set up your site using the free software from WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/
