  Have you looked for the activation email in your spam filter? If you use Gmail or Google Apps, have a look at this support page for assistance: https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/gmail-issues/

  Did you use the correct email? You can check it at account settings. If the email is incorrect, update it and click the Save Account Settings button. There’ll be a message saying that there’s a pending change. Check your inbox for the confirmation email and click the link within to verify your email address.

  To have the activation email resent, log out of WordPress.com. See this page if you’re not sure how to log out: https://en.support.wordpress.com/security/#log-out-to-prevent-public-access-to-your%C2%A0account

  Then enter your email address in the box under “Trouble Activating?” on this page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

  Click the “Resend Activation Email” button, then check your email account.

  If none of the above solve the problem, add “modlook” to the tags of this forum thread to let WordPress.com staff know that you need assistance with this issue.
