activation code not received

Hi! Thank you so much for providing a free tier to try things out.
I am having a similar issue to the one on the following thread:
I did try removing some basic page layouts I selected, in case that was causing an issue (saw something about plugins causing an issue in another thread of a similar nature), but that did not resolve the issue.
Can you kindly assist me? I, too, have made certain the email with the activation code is not going to my spam, etc.

p.s. I have since gone through all of the troubleshooting suggestions generated by the automated response and am now resending this request.
Also, when something on my dashboard refers me to the login page, it essentially loops, i.e. I select ‘Continue’ and it reloads the page. Hoping once my email has been confirmed this might be resolved, but can you kindly confirm that would cause the page to continually reload without authenticating me or giving me any other option? Thank you so much!
