  Hi there, first check that the email you entered in your account information is correct. https://wordpress.com/me/account If OK there, then check in your mail’s spam folder to see if it went there. If you are using gmail as your mail provider, here are some troubleshooting tips. https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/gmail-issues/

  You can also resend the activation email if needed. To do that you’ll need to log out of WordPressdotcom and then visit this page https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ and fill in your account email in the place provided.

  If none of those work, please return to this forum thread and add the MODLOOK tag in the Tags section of the forum thread sidebar for Staff assistance.
