Activation email button not showing

Activate my email so I can update. The email arrives in my inbox but the button does not show. There is a link but the page that opens says ‘Sorry, but all the values are required.’

I did receive the email however the same issue is occurring. The button does not appear in the email. The link that does appear still returns the same message.
