Activation email not being received

  I’ve tried several times to initiate an activation email but I’m still not receiving anything. It’s on my own server so I don’t have the spam filter turned on and I’m receiving other messages. Any ideas?

  Hi there,

  I’ve sent an email to the address associated with your account from a different email address. Please let me know if you still don’t receive it.

  I found that the tech support on my server had removed the A and MX records from my email server. Got it fixed and I then received the email.

  Thanks for looking into it for me, all fixed now!

  I put the wrong email address in when signing up just now how do i change it it has already attempted to send a verification email ??

  You can change the email address in your account settings. That should send a new verification email to the correct address:

  https://wordpress.com/me/account/
