Activation email not going through

I created a blog that I only want to be viewed by approved people in our class. So, I asked everyone to register . . . one person has a juno email address and has never received the activation email to activate their account, so I can’t approve them to view my blog. I even tried going in and sending an invitation to the same person at the juno email address to join wordpress, and they haven’t received the invitation either. Has anyone else had trouble registering with a juno.com email address? Any other suggestions?

Have they checked their spam filter? It’s quite common for the first email from WP.com to go there.

Yes, thanks for your reply. However, I already suggested this to the user, and they didn’t see anything in their spam folder either??
