Activation email not received

  Unfortunately I don’t remember how I initially created my account or if I ever completed the activation (and don’t see it in my sent mail), but I have been able to reset my password.

  Thanks anyway. :) I’m looking for extra info that might shed some extra light on some of these cases where the activation is stuck when it shouldn’t be. It seems to happen for accounts that were started mid-2015 but were never activated for some reason. For those specific types of cases, I would like to know whatever details someone can remember about their original signup.

  I have the same problem,
  I have tried several times to activate my email but I haven’t received the email in any of the folders.

  @hannaphoto, I’m glad you posted here! I’ve made a request to get your account unstuck. :)

  By any chance, do you remember any details about your original signup like whether you signed up via mobile to start or if you remember completing an email activation step?

  Same issues with activation – no email sending. Have attempted the sign out and request to resend email – no luck still.

  had a missing . in my email address. tried to change it. and now I can’t get activation link for me account @struthruthaus. can you reset this manually and resend link – however, the address has not been updated to the account yet. Please advise on steps to fix (as I am not posting my email on this forum)
